The total stay was really good during my visit. The location was favourable and quiet - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go. I stopped by Angela's Cafe for coffee and treats, it was not too far from the hotel.

I stayed four nights in the Small Double Room, mainly to explore local attractions like the David Bowie Memorial and Brixton Village. I appreciated the responsiveness of the host, which made check-in and check-out a breeze. The shared kitchen facilities were quite convenient for a quick breakfast before heading out, and the ease of reaching places like Brixton and Clapham added to the overall experience.

But here's the kicker, that small double room was genuinely cramped. I felt the space was tight, and if you're bigger than a Wookiee, you might find the shower a bit of a squeeze. There's supposed to be a kitchen facility, but instead, it seemed like one room barely classified it as such. The noise levels were concerning, especially at night. It sounded like every tenant had a party going on. Plus, some aspects like the bathroom resembled a converted closet rather than a relaxing retreat, disappointing. Not exactly the vibe I was looking for.

comfy but quite cramped
The bed offered amazing comfort. The hot shower was refreshing, delivering consistent temperature and pressure. The tv with streaming services provided great entertainment options for unwinding in the evening.
The room felt tight, limiting any sense of spaciousness.

We had a great stay at Oat Homes in London. the place was incredibly clean and they even added some sweet treats as a nice touch upon our arrival. Check, in and check, out went smoothly and hassle, free. the location is quiet and there are convenient stores nearby, all within a 5, 10 minute walk. There's also a bus stop about 8 minutes away which can take you to Brixton underground station or the main city by bus itself. Tray, the host, was very responsive and caring. we had a good stay with everything we needed in the room and kitchen. the staff was kind and the self check, in was very helpful. The bed was comfy and the shower provided hot water. Cons: Nothing 😊.
